MORE ABOUT ME
Since my childhood, I was passionate about great storytelling, may it be in movies, video games or even in music. It seemed to me that all arts told some kind of story, though it was not always obvious.
It quickly turned out that what I loved about music was its storytelling. Stories are hidden in appearance, but can sometimes be felt in a very strong way, even though it's hard to explain it with words. I studied various music styles and approaches. To find my way, I would play the piano, guitar, and sing in various projects like improvisation bands, cover bands, choirs, and so on. This way the key to forget about style constraint, and only think about the story inside.
This is why, naturally, I realized I would compose music for films, animation and video games. After studying composition, I made my way in a Master in composition for screen (MAAAV)!
But my thirst wouln't stop so a second Master was only appropriate (InMICS). I would learn all that I could about game audio, including some programming!
I'm now a Technical Sound Designer as well as a composer for games, making my dreams come true!
I'm also teaching my passion in various art schools: Audio for games, which is for me another way of saying "Stories about how we see and feel the world, friendship, love, death or life".
These stories are what makes us learn from our mistakes, understand each other and grow as humans, and I want to put my own stone in the equation.
